Rohan Guyot-Sutherland (M.Sc.)

Founder & CEO

Rohan is a designer, builder, teacher and advocate of Regenerative Practices around the world.

With a keen eye for the inherent synergies found in nature, he uses biomimicry to shape the built environment in an efficient, eco-friendly way.

He has managed a wide range of projects relating to self-sufficiency and adaptation to climate change, either for individuals, companies, non-profits or international institutions.

Rohan also believes in giving back to the planet and communities in need. By sharing his knowledge, he tries to promote a regenerative lifestyle whenever he can.

Mickael Gaujoux (M.A. Interior Architecture & 3D Design)

Interior Architect /Designer/ Grafic 3d devlopment


Mickael is an award-winning interior architect and 3D designer, graduated from Paris. He has won several competitions in design, architecture, and landscape, showcasing his creative and innovative expertise.

In recent years, Mickael has fully dedicated himself to ecological projects, integrating sustainable and environmentally friendly practices into his designs. He firmly believes in using design to create a positive impact, in harmony with nature. He works on initiatives that connect communities and the environment through art, architecture, and ecological solutions around Lake Atitlán (guatemala).

Florencia Maciel (B.S. Arch)

Architect

As a licensed Architect from Argentina, Florencia specializes in Bioclimatic Architecture and Permaculture.She has a vast experience in traditional and eco-building, as well as Urban Planning.

Florencia first worked with Rohan on building several Earthships and later became one of the founding members of Eco-CASA, which carries out Humanitarian and Disaster Relief projects around the world.

For the last two years she has been specializing in organic agriculture, working on different projects of urban gardens in India and the Caribbean.

Frederick Gaghauna

Engagement Specialist

 

Frederick is based in Bali, Indonesia. He has 20 years of global experience in Management Information Systems (MIS) and research, with a focus on sustainable development and regenerative practices. He has led studies on environmental impacts, ICT4D programs and social inclusion. He managed and developed marine conservation program with the high schools at Komodo, Indonesia.


He has worked across Indonesia, Thailand, Myanmar, Malawi, and the USA, driving resilience and inclusive development. Frederick excels in public outreach and campaigns promoting gender equality, human rights, and social justice, focusing on creating sustainable, equitable solutions.

Melina Kaneko

Architect & Design

Architect, designer and builder, she has been working in the last 15 years on projects for renovations of old buildings, paisagistic natural landscape and urban design, as well as projects for sustainable modular homes. She has worked also in projects within indigenous communities and favelas as a builder and facilitator in Brazil. Spent 4 years traveling around the world where learning more about bioarchitecture in Japan, France, Australia and began to dedicate herself more to bioarchitecture and creative process in her work in 2019 after studying and working with bamboo in Colombia.

Akshya Ranjit

 

I’m a 2025 Architecture graduate from Cal Poly Pomona with a passion for sustainable and regenerative design. During my time at Cal Poly, I served as a Teaching Assistant for a Regenerative Studies course, where I contributed to the creation of the database. I’m driven by innovative, systems-based solutions that connect architecture with environmental responsibility.

Social Media Specialist

Abizar is an environmental advocate and social media specialist from Indonesia with extensive experience working in both government and NGOs. He has contributed to waste management strategies, public outreach initiatives, and environmental campaigns. Abizar has a proven track record of leveraging digital platforms to engage communities and promote sustainability through impactful social media campaigns. His work focuses on fostering resilience and building sustainable, regenerative systems that support long-term ecological and social well-being.
